Design and Production
1-3 workdays will be taken for CAD design after receiving the payment; then the CAD design will be sent to customers for confirmation prior to production. Production commences after final approval.
Shipment
Send photos and videos of finished products to customers for final inspection and confirmation. Then ship out products by DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS or specified couriers.

Lost-Wax Casting
Casting is a process turning crafted wax model into solid metal jewelry. Finalized wax model is encased in a high-temperature resistant mold for further heating. The wax is melted away and left hollow cavity is filled with molten gold, platinum or other precious metals.
Assembling and Grinding
Findings engineered in the casting process are assemble and soldered together, turning rough jewelry into semi-products with essential frames, lines, clear angles, and perfect proportion.
Diamonds & Gemstones Setting
Setting elevates a plain metal base into a dazzling jewelry. The setting location needs basic sanding and polishing to ensure a perfect gap-free fit, excluding uneven metal surfaces and sand holes. Setters mount each gemstone to precision position and align facets for optimal brilliance.
Polishing

Cleaning and Electroplating

Quality inspection of finished products is the last step to guarantee completed jewelry is flawless, secure and built to last a lifetime. Every surface, diamond, gemstone, dimension, clasp, etc. are examined before shipment.
